At Espacio Zenit we look after your family's data. We do not sell it, publish it, or use it for anything other than running the class.
Our promise
The details you give us at pre-enrollment stay at the institute. Only authorized staff — administration, teachers, and people who coordinate schedules — can see them. We do not build lists for third parties or publish student documents or photos unless you ask us to.

What we ask for
For the student: name, ID document, and date of birth. If they are a minor, we also ask for the parent or guardian's name, ID, email, and phone. You choose a schedule or a trial class. We only ask for what we need to hold the place and reach you.
Why we use it
To reserve the place or book the trial class, build the student record, and write to you by email or WhatsApp. We do not use this data for other companies' advertising.
Who can see it
Only institute staff who need it to teach the class or coordinate with the family. The student's record — including a minor's ID document and date of birth — stays in our system. We do not send that file to outside companies.
How we protect it
The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access is limited by account and role: a teacher does not see the same things as administration. We do not expose documents on public pages.
How long we keep it
If enrollment is not confirmed, we may archive or delete the request when we no longer need to reach you. If they join the institute, we keep the record for as long as that relationship lasts and as long as the law requires (for example, receipts).
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your family's data using the responsible party's email or phone above. If the student is a minor, the parent or guardian makes the request.
Pre-enrollment conditions
The details must be true. Sending the form does not guarantee a place until the institute confirms it. If the student is a minor, the parent or guardian is the one submitting. If the institute has its own protocol, that text is accepted separately when it applies.
